A few notes before you write
- Order or shipping question? Please include your order number (it starts with #DRN-). It saves you and us a lot of back-and-forth.
- Refund? See our Refund & Return Policy for what to include — most refund requests are approved within hours.
- Spill, splash, skin or eye contact, or accidental swallowing? Follow the first-aid advice printed on the pack first. For medical advice call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency — keep the container with you so you can read out the ingredients. Then let us know at contact@getdraen.com with the batch number from the pack.
- Wholesale, retail, partnerships, or press? Email contact@getdraen.com with "Partnership" in the subject line and we'll route it.
