This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the website getdraen.com (the "Site") and discloses the information required by applicable law, including the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and by good commercial practice. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Payments on the Site are processed by Shopify Payments (a service of Shopify Inc.) and its banking partner Stripe (https://stripe.com). Card details are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored by DRAEN LLC.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Draen name, logo, wordmark, taglines, product names, packaging, trade dress, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, written content, graphics, software, source code, and the selection, arrangement, and design thereof — is the property of DRAEN LLC or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994, and the law of passing off. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, republication, framing, scraping, text and data mining, training of machine-learning or generative-AI models, or any other use of the content is prohibited. 5. Product information
The products sold on the Site are household cleaning products (laundry additives that help dissolve and remove pet hair). They are not medicines, cosmetics, biocidal/disinfectant products, or food. They are classified, labelled, and packaged in accordance with the GB CLP Regulation (retained Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008), and labelled in accordance with the retained Detergents Regulation (EC) No 648/2004. We do not make any antibacterial, antiviral, sanitising, or germ-kill claims. Any environmental or sustainability statements comply with the CMA Green Claims Code, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Full ingredient, hazard, safety, and first-aid information appears on the pack and is available on request.
6. Limitation of liability
DRAEN LLC strives to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the Site. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site and disclaim liability for any errors or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. See Sections 13–14 of our Terms of Service. The Site may contain links to third-party websites; DRAEN LLC does not control and is not responsible for them.
7. Applicable law and your consumer rights
These terms and the relationship between you and DRAEN LLC are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK in which you live, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; nothing in our terms affects those rights. You and DRAEN LLC agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
